CNBC Analyst Mocks Rush Limbaugh's $400 Million Contract

Rush Limbaugh renewed his contract and will recieve $400 million for broadcasting until 2016. CNBC analyst Michael Wolff asks, "What are these people smoking?" He basically says that Barack Obama will bring conservatism to an end and that "Rush Limbaugh in a relatively short period of time is gonna to look like a kind of out-of-it oddity." I would wager that Wolff is off the mark. Conservatism is not dying. I would agree that the Republican candidate is somewhat centrist but that does not mean that the significant portion of the country that identifies with El Rushbo's brand of conservatism are going to whither away and disappear. Talk radio listeners are not going to stop tuning into Rush because of a Barack Obama presidency.
