Even the New York Times is recognizing the amazing effects the surge has had on Iraq. The article is long, but it is well worth reading.

Barack Obama and Joe Biden voted against this surge. John McCain and George Bush were behind it from the beginning. Obama is right that good judgment counts. He is wrong that he has displayed any.
