Clinton: "Remember Bobby Kennedy"

I do not think she meant to link Obama to the RFK assassination. I think the comment has been somewhat blown out of proportion. It certainly was not the smartest thing to say, that's for sure. That is why Hillary has said she regrets making the comment. But it does seem to me like she was referring to the fact that Bobby Kennedy was still campaigning in June. But hey, if the Democrats keep fighting among themselves it only helps John McCain.

Ted Kennedy Diagnosed With Brain Tumor

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor Tuesday. The Massachusetts Democrat and liberal icon has served in the Senate since 1962. Kennedy, the Senate's second-longest serving member, was re-elected in 2006 and is not up for election again until 2012. Were he to resign or die in office, state law requires a special election for the seat 145 to 160 days afterward. Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia has held the office since January 3, 1959 and he is the longest-serving member in the history of the Senate. He honored Kennedy today in a tearful speech on the Senate floor. Here are his comments:

Barack Obama: "Lay Off My Wife"

Obama says he does not think it is appropriate for his wife to get attacked for what she has said. He specifically attacks a Tennessee GOP ad that I posted earlier. His outrage is what is outrageous, like every time he whines about being the victim of some attack. The fact of the matter is that Barack Obama was having his wife give stump speeches for him and having her campaign for him. If he is putting her in the political limelight like that then he and she need to be prepared to accept the consequences when people don't like what she says. If you don't want her to be subject to the politics of the campaign, then keep her out of the politics of the campaign. It's just that simple. So the GOP has full rights to run the ads about Michelle's saying she is proud of this country for the first time in her adult life because her husband is running for president. There is nothing inappropriate in doing so. The fawning ObaManiac media surely will not make this point, and that is why I have to.

McCain Explains Why Meeting With Iran Is Just Nuts

Barack Obama has repeatedy stated he would meet with Iran "without preconditions." In fact, in a debate he said he would meet in the first year of his administration with Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, and North Korea. John McCain eloquently explains why Obama is just nuts. Watch it and then try and tell me that Barack is the eloquent one with his hope and change nonsense:

New Bill O'reilly Going Crazy Spoof

This clip of Bill O'reilly losing his cool ten years ago is the gift that keeps on giving. This is the third post on the same video. First came the original, then the remix, and now O'reilly's "producer" added in:

McCain Makes Fun Of His "Oldness" On Saturday Night Live

Self-deprecating humor. I don't know whether it actually helps him gain an edge over the age issue, but take a look:

Here is McCain on SNL telling the Dems to take their time in picking a candidate:

FLASHBACK: Here is a decent appearance of McCain's on SNL in 2006:

I think he does a far better job then Hillary does when she makes attempts at comedy. But where is Barack Obama's self-deprecation? Is his highness unwilling to engage in a little SNL humor? Oh yea, that's right, he is far too busy being the hope of all mankind.

And since I am posting SNL stuff here, why not add the Hillary Obama shtick they just did:

RNC Ad On Obama's Anti-Gun Record

Since I'm posting RNC ads I might as well also let you view the ad about Obama's idea for a windfall profits tax on oil companies.
