Rep. Jim Moran: Republicans Have "An Antipathy Towards The Means Of Redistributing Wealth"

Jim Moran is the Congressman representing Northern Virginia's heavily Democrat 8th District. This youtube video was posted just before the election on October 31. Moran says that Republicans believe in the "simplistic notion that people who have wealth are entitled to keep it." All Republicans should be glad to respond that we are guilty as charged. Republicans do believe in the notion that people should be able to keep the fruits of their own labor and productivity. The ramblings of this member of Congress serve as a reminder of the nonsense America voted for in 2008.

Sarah Palin Says Leakers Are "Cowardly" And That "Those Guys Are Jerks"

Sarah Palin is right. The anonymous leakers from the McCain campaign are cowards and jerks. If what they say is true, let them say it in the light of day instead of running secretly to reporters to try and scapegoat Palin. It's just plain dishonorable behavior.

Obama Makes Joke About Nancy Reagan At First Press Conference

Look at that sign on the podium. Can someone please explain to me what the "Office of the President-Elect" even is? Can someone also explain to me how the "Office of the President-Elect" has gotten away with creating a "change.gov" website? I guess that is the website for the new Department of Change. He's expanding government already and he is not even President yet.

Passage Of California's Prop 8 Defining Marriage As Between One Man And One Woman Sparks Protests In Los Angeles And West Hollywood

The AP reports that at least 1,000 protestors came out in response to the passage of proposition 8, even being allowed to block traffic. Here is some video of these protesting sore losers:

WSJ Reports "Prosecutors Won't Bring Criminal Charges Against Spitzer"

They are going to let former NY Governor and whoremonger Elliot Spitzer slide. I wonder whether or not he was able to use his connections to get out of charges. This is not the first time a Democrat has gotten off easy. Remember Dem Rep. William Jefferson? The ball was dropped on him as well after he was caught with bribe money from Nigeria stuffed in his freezer. Unbelievable.

"I Feel Like The Heavens Have Opened"

This was quoted in the Berkeley Daily Cal. It'll be interesting to see how the anointed one deals with the complex issues he will face upon entering the White House. This time Democrats in America can't pass the blame.

Oprah Says She Has Not Seen "This Sense Of Unity Since 9-11...And 9-11 Was This Tragic Experience"

This is just more proof of how insane some of the followers of Obama are. The election of Obama is nothing like 9-11. The entire country was not united as they were on 9-11 because John McCain won 46% of the vote. I don't think that 46% percent of Americans were siding with Mohammed Attah on 9-11. Further, to compare 9-11 to the Obama election victory proves that the lessons of 9-11 have been forgotten. 9-11 was not just a day that marks American unity or a "tragic experience." It was a declaration of war on America. To liken your preferred presidential candidate's victory to the Islamoterrorist attack on our soil that killed thousands is just plain stupid. To tell you the truth, the cultish words and deeds of some of Obama's followers creeps me out.

Senator Chuck Schumer Compares Conservative Talk Radio And Pornography When Arguing For The Fairness Doctrine

If the Obama-Reid-Pelosi government targets conservative talk radio and tries pushing the Fairness Doctrine down America's throat I can only hope the Republican minority will filibuster. Otherwise, it will be a sad day for America. This video goes to show that the Fairness Doctrine is real and that prominent Dem Senators are fully behind it.

Obama Supporter Waves Communist Soviet Flag At Celebration Outside The White House

Even without the hammer and sickle showing up in the footage, the way these young Obama supporters are behaving is completely insane. I do not remember cultist celebrations like this from Republicans when George Bush won reelection four years ago.

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough finds the media's portrayal of the excitement over the Obama victory compared to their reaction to celebration among religous conservatives when George W. Bush won four years ago "truly offensive."

McCain's Concession Speech

Congratulations to Barack Obama. America has transcended race and this is a historic election in that regard. It is now time for all of America to move beyond the politics of race relations and unite in common as one people. This election should finally put the race-baiters such as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton out of business.

Conservatism has been put in exile. The decision America made tonight was a poor one. The answer for Republicans cannot be to despair and surrrender America to this onslaught of liberalism, but rather to return to Republican principles and remain steadfastly dedicated to the ideals that have made America the greatest nation on earth. Republicans must remain vigilant. The times ahead will be tough and will require it. Remember, Bill Clinton won in 1992 and only two years later Newt Gingrich and the Republican Revolution swept into Congress. It is time for an underground conservative revolution to begin. There will be no balance to Barack Obama in the Congress. The only balance to Barack Obama and the Democratic Congress will be websites like this one providing you with the truth that will be desperately needed.

This loss for John McCain brings to mind a quote from John Wayne. John Wayne actively supported Ronald Reagan's failed presidential bid in 1976. Nonetheless, the Duke paid a visit to the White House as a guest of President Jimmy Carter for his inauguration. "I'm pleased to be present and accounted for in this capital of freedom to witness history as it happens - to watch a common man accept the uncommon responsibility he won 'fair and square' by stating his case to the American people - not by bloodshed, beheadings, and riots at the palace gates. I know I'm a member of the loyal opposition - accent on the loyal. I'd have it no other way." As a great American and Senator from Arizona once said, "Country First."

President Of The Ohio Coal Association Says That "The Obama-Biden Ticket Spells Disaster For America's Coal Industry And...Americans Who Work In It"

Mike Carey, president of the Ohio Coal Association (OCA), today issued the following statement in response to just-released remarks from Senator Barack Obama about the nation's coal industry.

"Regardless of the timing or method of the release of these remarks, the message from the Democratic candidate for President could not be clearer: the Obama-Biden ticket spells disaster for America's coal industry and the tens of thousands of Americans who work in it.

"These undisputed, audio-taped remarks, which include comments from Senator Obama like 'I haven't been some coal booster' and 'if they want to build [coal plants], they can, but it will bankrupt them' are extraordinarily misguided.

"It's evident that this campaign has been pandering in states like Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Indiana and Pennsylvania to attempt to generate votes from coal supporters, while keeping his true agenda hidden from the state's voters.

"Senator Obama has revealed himself to be nothing more than a short-sighted, inexperienced politician willing to say anything to get a vote. But today, the nation's coal industry and those who support it have a better understanding of his true mission, to 'bankrupt' our industry, put tens of thousands out of work and cause unprecedented increases in electricity prices.

"In addition to providing an affordable, reliable source of low-cost electricity, domestic coal holds the key to our nation's long-term energy security - a goal that cannot be overlooked during this time of international instability and economic uncertainty.

"Few policy areas are more important to our economic future than energy issues. As voters head to the polls tomorrow, it is essential they remember that access to reliable, affordable, domestic energy supplies is essential to economic growth and stability."

In case you missed it, here is the newly surfaced video showing Obama promising to "bankrupt" America's coal industry:

Obama Supporter And Dem NY Congressman Jerrold Nadler Says Obama Lacked "Political Courage" By Not Leaving Jeremiah Wright's Church

Congressman Jerrold Nadler from New York was in Boca Raton speaking in a synagogue in support of Obama. He fielded questions from a small group that was not drinking the Obama Kool Aid. Afterward a man went up to Rep. Nadler to get some explanation for Obama's connection with the virulent Israel-hater Jeremiah Wright. Nadler calls Jeremiah Wright a "nut" and a "lunatic" and says that his excuse for Obama is not "complimentary." He goes on to say that Obama lacked the "political courage" to leave the Church because it was a political base of Obama's in Chicago. This has to be one of the poorest excuses from a Barack Obama supporter that I have ever heard.

Here you can see the Congressman field some questions from the crowd at the synagogue. The member of Congress claims that we need more sanctions against Iran yet he fails to realize that Bush has always supported this. It has been Russia with its veto power that has blocked any such action on the Security Council.

October U.S. Casualties In Iraq At Wartime Low

The Associated Press reports "U.S. deaths in Iraq fell in October to their lowest monthly level of the war, matching the record low of 13 fatalities suffered in July. Iraqi deaths fell to their lowest monthly levels of the year. Eight of the 13 Americans died in combat, most of them in northern Iraq where al-Qaida and other Sunni insurgent groups remain active." More American troops were killed in Afghanistan in October than in Iraq. 15 U.S. military deaths in Afghanistan were reported for October.

With the election coming this Tuesday we should not forget that national security is still the number one job for whoever holds the office of commander-in-chief. Barack Obama and his running mate opposed the surge that has allowed for these gains in Iraq that were once thought to be impossible. Barack Obama fought the surge and said that it would make the situation in Iraq worse. He wants to pull out of Iraq no matter the situation on the ground. If Obama had his way America would have retreated in defeat and allowed for an amazing victory for Al Qaeda. Only the very naive would believe that would have made Americans safer. Obama would have waved the white flag of surrender in front of the Islamoterrorist thugs that have been fighting to destroy the future of Iraq. He would have had America run away with her tail between her legs in shame, leaving the Iraqi people to an unimaginably terrible fate. John McCain has always stood for victory and told President Bush that a surge was necessary. McCain was right and Obama was dangerously wrong.

Do not allow an economic crisis to swoop Obama into the Presidency. Do not allow the economic crisis to cause you to forget about national security and the War on Islamoterror. There are still important national security issues ahead, be they the future of Iraq or the potential for a nuclear-armed Iran. We cannot risk having Obama at the helm during these very serious times.

Kingdergartners Asked To Sign Pro-Gay Pledge In California School

Kindergartners should not be forced to learn about what the school calls the "diversity of our society." They should not be signing any pledges about "sexual orientation and or gender identity/expresssion" or "anti-LGBT language." For heaven's sake, these are kindergartners.
