Pew Poll: Many More Republicans Sympathize With Israel Than Democrats

A new poll indicates that sympathy for Israel is much higher among Republicans than it is among Democrats. The gap is even bigger between those that identify as conservative Republicans and those that identify as liberal Democrats. These are the findings of the latest national survey by the Pew Research Center for the People & the Press, conducted Jan. 7-11 among 1,503 adults reached on landlines and cell phones.
