A lawsuit was filed by the ACLU over a ten commandments display in a Kentucky courthouse. County leaders removed the commandments in response to the lawsuit. WYMT "talked to the man who hung the religious document in the court house ten years ago...and Monday night, he took them down. 'The people in Jackson county...over 99.9 percent of them wanted them hung...we hung them 10 years ago, and it was a sad time to take them down,' said Jim Muncy. Holding back the tears, Jim Muncy looked at the new home for the ten commandments that used to be in the court house."
