The Federalist Society's Religious Liberties Practice Group hosted this panel discussion on Religious Liberty and the Limits of Government Power at the 2009 National Lawyers Convention on Friday, November 13, 2009. Chip Lupu, F. Elwood and Eleanor Davis Professor of Law at The George Washington University Law School; Hon. Michael W. McConnell, Richard and Frances Mallery Professor of Law and Director of the Stanford Constitutional Law Center at Stanford Law School; and Judge Brett M.
