"Undercover Boss" is the new CBS reality show in which heads of companies go undercover to experience the lower positions in the company first-hand. The most recent episode featured 7-11 CEO Joe DePinto going undercover, and he met a man named Igor that did night deliveries to the various franchises. Here is the story:
