NYU Prof. Richard A. Epstein vs. Yale Prof. William N. Eskridge, Jr.:
Suffice it to say that libertarian Epstein advances the far more sensible view that Proposition 8 does not violate the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, even though he thinks both the State should not issue any marriage licenses but that once they do the State should let gays wed.
